MY METHODOLOGY
I want brave, intense and recognisable teams. Teams that want the ball in order to move forward, know when to accelerate into space and are capable of competing at a high tempo.
To achieve that, I need structure without rigidity. A framework that guides the player, gives them the right tools and, at the same time, allows them to read the game and make decisions.
A WAY OF PLAYING
I do not see possession as an end in itself. Having the ball should serve to break lines, gain depth and move us closer to goal. I want teams capable of recognising when to build and when to accelerate, without making possession predictable.

Courage, verticality and intensity define how I want my teams to compete.
Wanting the ball and taking responsibility, always playing with the intention of moving forward, breaking lines and attacking space, and underpinning it all with high tempo, aggressive pressing and a collective effort that is never negotiable.
COURAGE. VERTICALITY. INTENSITY.

LEARNING THROUGH THE GAME
I believe trial and error is an essential part of the learning process. Coaching is not simply about repeating a solution until it becomes automatic. It is also about creating situations in which players have to decide, make mistakes, understand why they happened and try again.
Video is an important part of that process. It allows me to revisit real situations, adjust decisions and reinforce what the player or the team has done well. It is not simply about identifying a mistake. It is about understanding it in order to make a better decision next time.

A methodology cannot become a template applied in exactly the same way to every team. Players change, competitions change and every club has different needs.
That is why I always start from the same footballing principles while adapting the solutions to the players available and the competitive context. Staying true to your principles does not mean imposing the same answers every time.
LEAD THROUGH CONVICTION
No idea works unless the player believes in it. High standards require trust, understanding and the ability to adapt to different personalities. My experience as a footballer taught me that not every player needs the same message or responds in the same way.
I try to explain the reasons behind the work, provide the right tools and make sure every player understands what the team needs from them. For me, coaching also means convincing, supporting and building trust without compromising on standards.
ADAPT WITHOUT LOSING IDENTITY

Structure to guide. Freedom to decide. Intensity to compete.
